Bull Moose Tube’s Kaempfer elected to AFSA’s Manufacturers/Suppliers Council ST. LOUIS (Jan. XX, 2019) Bull Moose Tube, a leading manufacturer of steel pipe and tube, announced the election of one of its employees to the American Fire Sprinkler Association’s (AFSA’s) Manufacturers/Suppliers Council. Andy Kaempfer, Senior Applications Engineer – Fire Protection Systems for Bull Moose Tube, has joined two other new members and 10 returning members in serving a two-year term representing the interests of those companies that make and supply products to the fire sprinkler industry. This latest Manufacturers/Suppliers Council was selected at the 37 th AFSA convention last fall and officially started the new term in October 2018.
A 20-year fire-sprinkler-industry veteran, Kaempfer joined Bull Moose Tube in 2016 after many years at Potter Electric Signal Co., LLC. He has tackled every aspect of the industry, from manufacturing/product development and business development to training and regulatory compliance. An active member of the American Fire Sprinkler Association, Kaempfer has been active with the organization for more than 10 years.

In addition to representing the interests of all associate members that make and supply products in the industry, the Council assists AFSA’s board of directors in meeting the goals of the organization.
